Information Overload

We sulk through drug of a vibration carried by the information, giving away our precious attention to each ripple that reaches us.

Discerning the chaos and find the truth of the underlying intention, needs the true compass of heart to guide our being inwards.

Consciousness of information refers to a heightened awareness and understanding of the data we consume and how it impacts our behaviours. In an age where information is abundant and readily accessible, the ability to critically analyse and interpret this information has become essential for fostering deliberate and responsible actions. This consciousness encourages individuals to reflect on their responses to various stimuli, from news stories to social media posts. By engaging with information more mindfully, people can begin to challenge ingrained behaviours that may be driven by misinformation, emotional reactions, or social pressures. For instance, a person who becomes aware of the prevalence of biased reporting might question their reactions to certain news articles, leading to a more nuanced understanding of complex issues.

Information chaos keeping us captured in the time capsule.

Information chaos

Un-aware we pass through the shared time capsule, only to end up alone evaluating the endless possibilities through logical mind. Though it's known we are being constantly supervised through the weapons of psychological attacks, it takes full courage of a conscious being to fight the stimulus and overcome the barriers of abundance. Condensing down the influences that fit our confirmations, we end up constantly seeking assimilations that re-enforce what’s left to drain out of our existence.

Moreover, the consciousness of information facilitates better decision-making. When individuals recognize the source, context, and intent behind the information they encounter, they are better equipped to discern fact from opinion. This discernment can lead to a shift in behaviour, prompting individuals to seek out diverse perspectives, engage in critical thinking, and avoid hasty judgments. Cultivating an awareness of information also serves as a check against habits formed by passive consumption. For example, social media algorithms often reinforce existing beliefs, creating echo chambers that limit exposure to differing viewpoints. By consciously engaging with a broader range of information, individuals can disrupt these patterns, challenge confirmation biases, and encourage a more open exchange of ideas.

Ultimately, the consciousness of information is a vital tool for personal and societal growth. It invites reflection on the ways in which information shapes our perceptions and actions, urging a collective responsibility to engage thoughtfully with the world around us. As we enhance our awareness, we not only challenge our own behaviors but also contribute to a more informed and empathetic society.

After-all I believe what is the point of chasing sustainability, preserving the planet for future generations when we have forgotten how to love.

In the age where humans are striving towards a digital first identity, its crucial for us to evaluate our sources of anxiety and negligence towards actions that harms the collective. Loosing a society where love serves as a medium of bond, we have started to rather fear the connections with a sense of constant evaluation. All being supported by the constant consumption of not only media but also the earthly resources we are made up to exist and carry our co-living on the planet.
